Population – As in final count of 2017, the population of the province reached 46383, increased by 868 people or 1.85 percent more comparing to the previous year. Of the total population, 49.8% or 23078 are female, 50.2% or 23305 are male.

Employment - As of 2016, the number of working-age population in Dundgobi was 30086 or 66.1 percent of the population, and the number of employees was 21110 which is 46.3 percent of the total population, 73.2 percent of the working age population and 94.9 percent of the workforce. The employment rate rose to 95.0 per cent, indicating that 95 of each 100 economically active people are employed.Read more . .

-In total of 21 Kindergartens of province 2899 children attend, in Version training 363 children attend

All soums are provided with school dormitories and 965 children are living there.
